Rock and Roll

If you're in the Baltimore-Washington area and in the mood for some great classic rock you've got to check out Everybody Wants Some. (http://www.myspace.com/everybodywantssomevanhalen). These guys do a fantastic Van Halen tribute that's not only musically accurate but hilarious as well!

I had a blast photographing the performance. For you photographers out there, I used my Nikon D700 with a 24-70 2.8 lens, and an 80-200 2.8 lens. Although I sometimes used a bit of flash from my Nikon SB900, many of the shots were done with only available light at ISO 6400! Gotta love that modern technology...Check it out...

Maternity Photo Session

I recently had the great pleasure to do a maternity photo session with a wonderful young couple named Kat and Adam. I photograph literally thousands of people every year and I can't think of anyone more relaxed in front of the camera than Kat. She completely glowed through the entire session. Adam was initially a bit apprehensive about being photographed, but I'm so glad he joined in because the shots of the two of them together were magical. Here's a few of my favorites.
