Julie and David

Julie and David were married at the Netherlands Carillon in Arlington, VA in front of a small gathering of family members. I loved the relaxed, informal atmosphere surrounding this wedding. Many couples get so caught up in hosting a huge lavish event that I think sometimes they lose sight of the real reason for the day. This wedding had the perfect combination of love, emotion, and humor! These elements combined with Julie and David's natural laidback cool vibe made for a perfect day. Even an approaching rainstorm held off just long enough for a totally successful event. Thank you Julie and David for allowing me to join you on your wedding day!

Andrea and William

Washington DC was packed this past weekend with thousands of people celebrating the Cherry Blossom Festival. This didn't seem to faze Andrea and William at all. They remained focused on each other as if in their own little world. I was the lucky photographer who got to capture those moments as we traveled to multiple locations in Maryland and DC. It was an exhausting session since we did a ton of walking during the almost three hour photoshoot. But it was worth it and I'm really happy with the results. Here's a few of my favorites...
